Believe it or not, kemmer, there is a document called the Constitution for the United States of America. It deals with e******ns. It says the following:
Article I, Section 4, Clause 1: The Times, Places and Manner of holding E******ns for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof;
Now then, since you are such a scholar, how about you point to anywhere in the Constitution or in GA law which states that the Sec/State can override the State Legislature?
This is the same Sec/State who falsified a conversation with then president Trump, who ignored more than 8000 proven f**e addresses to which mail in b****ts were delivered, who ignored violations of the law in counting b****ts, and who had D******n investigated by a company that is a subsidiary of D******n and called it honest.
