The Reality of the Income-Tax may Surprise and Please you
PREVIEW OF A PRESENTATION COMING TO RED PILL EXPO
Peymon Mottahedeh, financial planner, tax consultant, and Founder of the Freedom Law School, will speak at the Red Pill Expo on June 5 & 6 at Rapid City, South Dakota, gateway to Mt. Rushmore.
He has been in constant battle with the IRS for the last 30 years and, although he has been charged with numerous counts of tax-law violations, these charges against him always have been dropped after his day in court.
He says that this is because there is no law on the books that requires most Americans to pay an income tax.
As impossible as that may sound, it appears that he is on to something. I, for one, am curious to hear what he has to say.
I must tell you that I suspect Peymon is correct about there being no law, but I also feel that one must become very well versed in tax law and court precedents and be able to dev**e a major portion of one's life in court or preparing for court in order to have a serious shot at success, and not everyone has the courage, patience, or aptitude to prevail with a challenge to the system.
