SUPPORT NULLIFICATION TO ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION

With far-left Democrats controlling Congress and the White House, the federal government has accelerated its implementation of unconstitutional and socialist policies.

Patriots must not give up, however, as there remains much that they can still do to save our Republic and counter these radical policies. The most powerful of these tools is nullification.

Nullification is firmly grounded in the text of the U.S. Constitution, specifically Article VI. It states: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof … shall be the supreme Law of the Land” (emphasis added). This clearly implies that laws not in accordance with the Constitution are null and void.

Additionally, the 10th Amendment makes clear that all powers not granted by the Constitution to the federal government are reserved to the states and to the people. By enforcing this important constitutional provision alone, the states can push back against a significant portion of federal overreach. But, will anyone push?

In addition to being constitutionally sound, nullification is effective. At least 80% of the federal government is unconstitutional. Additionally, nullification would have an immediate effect and is not dependent upon approval by the federal judiciary. Thus, unlike inferior and more risky methods such as an Article V convention, nullification can immediately push back against significant portions of the federal government.

It may be a good idea to send this to your two Senators!

And , the far left you are referring to is closer to the Constitution than any of the ridiculously far right. The Center has been moved through the radical Republican policies of the last 40 years to the far far right. Centrist being what was once farther left, is now farther right. This only creates the illusion of how far left appears to be.

While the right has adopted more authoritarian principles. This doesn’t mean
The left us trying to cancel the Constitution.
The right has adopted the policies that will only benefit the rich corporate elite sector.
This is to their own demise.
They blame the Dems. But it isn’t the Dems at all. The rich corporate elite has no use for the constitution whatsoever.
They’ve conned the republicans into carrying this anti American f**g as their own, even though, it will never be in their benefit to do so.
So, start placing the blame where it belongs , instead of telling more lies about who it isn’t.

The government regulations you refer to are the ones put in place to protect you.
ANY regulations imposed anywhere are a hindrance to rich corporations making any profit at all.
They don’t care about you or your health or your constitution.
It is all a hindrance to profit.
Other things they are against:
Taxes
Religion
Poverty ( there is no such thing)
E******y
Equal pay for equal work
Women’s rights
Minority rights
Raising minimum wages
Paying for unemployment benefits
Any government whatsoever
Except the part that writes them the Welfare Checks.
And any other democratic idiom I missed.

In addition to "Pollitical Nullification", become familiar with the concept of "Jury Nullification" the next time you may be chosen to sit on a jury. While a majority of cases brought before a jury may be cut and dry, you may be on a jury that is presented a case by an "overzealous prosecutor", or a "politically motivated" prosecutor, or a blatently bias judge. A jury verdict that is contrary to the letter of the law pertains only to the particular case before it. However, if a pattern of acquittals develops in response to repeated attempts to prosecute a particular offence, this can have the de facto effect of invalidating the law. Such a pattern may indicate public opposition to an unwanted legislative enactment. It may also happen that a jury convicts a defendant even if no law was broken, although such a conviction may be overturned on appeal. According to your own reasoning, to correct the problem, we should be v****g with our pocketbooks AGAINST THE RICH CORPORATE ELITES! However, you seem to indicate that you STILL think it is the Republican's that that those elite control!

When will you update your thinking and realize that the Corporation's give most of their monetary support & are NOW in control of the Democrat's, not the Republican's!
