For the Geniuses on OPP who think otherwise about the Citizen M*****as then and now...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>

1794

Thomas Jefferson believed that the purpose of government is to protect the unalienable rights of it’s citizens, and that these rights include life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The People have the right to rebel, Jefferson had written into the Declaration of Independence, when the government deprives them of their rights.

He had also written that a little r*******n now and then was a good thing - a medicine necessary for “the sound health of government”.

Although Jefferson had resigned from the cabinet by the time of the Whiskey R*******n, he commented;
“The first error was to pass it(the Whiskey tax); the second was to enforce it; and the third, to make it the means to splitting this Union.”

In Philadelphia the federal court found only two of the 20 rebels guilty of conspiracy against the government of the United States. Using the power of his office, President Washington pardoned them both.

For the next four years, the whiskey tax was collected, but it is doubtful that the revenue from the tax actually exceeded the cost of suppressing the r*******n.

After he became president in 1801, Thomas Jefferson had the tax repealed !

Jefferson supported the people’s right to form M*****as and rebel as necessary against criminal government.
Washington was a t*****r by siding with the crown and sharing in the bounty from tariffs and tax on the people’s backs.

MAGA M*****as have the Constitutional Rights and duties to honor their oaths and rebel against criminal e******ns, illegitimate government and their corroborators.

For the Geniuses on OPP who think otherwise about ... (show quote)

You seem to have missed my point Sici. I stated that the Whiskey R*******n was a perfect example on how the second amendment was intended...to provide for a secure country in lue of a free-standing army. And there was only one form of m*****a at the time and in every case, they reported to a civilian authority...there were no exceptions. In this case, Washington called on the governors of four states and they provided a m*****a sufficient to put down the r*******n. Now what Jefferson thought makes no difference because it doesn't apply to why the second amendment was written--which was to provide for a military instead of a free-standing army--which if you had read the link I provided would have explained.

And I know, you don't want any other explanation you want only the bombastic explanation that you provide because that's the only thing that will support your narrative.

"A well-regulated M*****a, being necessary to the security of a free State." So why does a m*****a need to be well regulated as the Minutemen were in order to provide security for a free state? So why can't a bunch of unregulated yahoo's like you not be able to provide security for a free state? What do you lack that the well-regulated Minutemen didn't?

It can be answered with one word and that word is democracy. The Minutemen were willing to lay down their lives for democracy and you can't have a democracy when you've made government your enemy.

Please don't try and correct or school me chump.
I know exactly what it states and what they intend for the citizens in rebelling.

All they did was call up men who wanted to side with the Propaganda they were being fed about the r*******n of the time, the tax and the union etc... it’s all Bullcrap !

Washington SPUN IT just like they do now...

The Free standing people had and have the right to form Minutemen m*****as, even a Continental Army again if necessary like that T*****r Washington put together to suppress Tyranny unfair taxation and NON representation by the Crown for that Criminal government ... and today the Citizens have the right to form M*****as to rebel against this criminal government you still think is a democracy here !

WTF is wrong with you bamboozled sheeple ?

Now I’m going to post M*****as 102 to further throttle your stupidity about our Un-Lienable Rights from GOD and our Doctrines.

Democracy is when the government fears the people.

Nowhere does it say that regulation must be by government just like nowhere does it say the government must be the only source of printed money.

How do those things sound PeterS?

Oh by the way, kemmer, by, "Please cite the Article, Section & Paragraph that supports your view," I meant of The Constitution. Perhaps you've heard of The Document. It emerged from a meeting in Philadelphia in from May to September 1787.
