Breaking: Court Confirms, Dems Violated E******n Law, Trump Was Right, The Whole Thing Was A Sham

A ruling by a Michigan judge declares that the way Secretary of State (SOS) Jocelyn Benson ran the e******n was illegal just as the Trump camp alleged but no court was willing to even hear the evidence. Mostly, the ruling covers mail-in b****ts and upheld the right of the legislature to create v****g laws and the SOS has no authority to go beyond what the legislature passed into law.

Benson sent out b****ts to all registered v**ers and then tried to say the e******n was both safe and secure. But how can it be secure when Benson also told those running the e******n that they were to assume all signatures are valid whether they are or not. They were not allowed to verify the signatures match what was on record from when they registered to v**e. This is just rife for manufacturing v**es.

Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray held that the action violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act. While the left argues that every v**e needs to be counted the conservatives believe only valid b****ts should be counted. No dead people, no i*****l a***ns and no b****t harvesting. That also means no early morning drops of hundreds of thousand v**es that went almost entirely to Biden which is statistically impossible.

Michigan state Rep. Matt Hall (R) said:

“I’m glad the court sees Secretary of State Benson’s attempts at lawmaking for what they are — clear violations of her authority.”

“If she wants to make changes like these, she needs to work with the Legislature or properly promulgate them through the laws we have on the books — in this case the Administrative Procedures Act.”

The court’s opinion concluded:

…nowhere in this state’s e******n law has the Legislature indicated that signatures are to be presumed valid, nor did the Legislature require that signatures are to be accepted so long as there are any redeeming qualities in the application or return envelope as compared with the signature on file. Policy determinations like the one at issue — which places the thumb on the scale in favor of a signature’s validity — should be made pursuant to properly promulgated rules under the APA or by the Legislature.


Hall noted, “The Legislature is an equal branch of government charged with crafting laws. This is not the role of the Secretary of State, and there is a clear process that must be respected.”

Signature validation rules created without the approval of a legislature was one of the issues the Trump campaign and Republicans claimed was done illegally in the 2020 e******n.

Trump’s campaign and Republicans argued in cases nationwide that Article II of the Constitution requires state legislatures to make the rules governing p**********l e******ns, and state e******n officials and courts lack the authority to change those rules.

Are all the courts stuffed? Is that why no court in the land including the Supreme Court would even listen to arguments and allowed the Democrats to set us on the road to destruction? I still believe that we’ll come back because the t***h will somehow come out. I would like to see Biden and Harris and Dr. Jill escorted out of the White House. But who would do it? So much has been fixed, the FBI, the National Guard, the US Army, and I guess the Navy and Marine Corps.

We’ve got violence anyway. If this isn’t stopped, our fear of violence will have us backed into a corner. Where was that fear in 1941, when my uncle got off a bar stool in St. Augustine, Fla.,slapping money down on the bar and said I have to go now. It was Dec. 7th and he was a drill sergeant in the real army.

Thanks for that update. Action is happening and the t***h is slowly coming out. Arizona legislature is also taking action. We must prevail for the sake of American and Freedom.
