C*******t Control Act 1954 was signed 0n August 24 th 1954 outlaws the c*******t party of America and criminalizes membership in or support for the party or c*******t actions ,organizations and defines evidence to be considered by a jury. In 1973 a federal judge in Arizona said it was unconstitutional. But this has not to this date that I can find been decided by the supreme court. Any one else find something on this subject?????

I’m almost sorry you pointed this out because the next thing we know Pelosi and her crowd of C****e lovers will be overturning this. Too bad the Supreme Court is on a long vacation. Or maybe that’s a good thing since they seem to have caved in to the Sanders and AOC folks.

The lower court’s decision sets precedent unless some i***t prosecutor decides to charge someone and push it through appeal. For all practical purposes it is settled law. Go to a law library and look up the decision in West’s if you really want a better understanding.

According to this it is and has never been USED against anyone since it was signed and is still a law if it was used it would end up before the supreme court. BUT could states put it into use to push back on some of the things Biden is putting out????A lot of these laws are still on the books and have never been removed I know in Idaho it's illegal to race your bed down the street now thats just what they do in old idaho city

It hasn't been enforced (the Control Act) because "c*******t doctrine" is the "capitalism" of the global banking cartel, and, they make interest off of the currency they print out of nothing (now it is digital). To fund the propaganda and "education" machinery in our country serves their interest for all of their control levels associated with the UN. I’m not familiar with the history of the G and G, but I am certain that the UN should be exiled from this country. And I’m also certain that our money is worthless and we’ll go bankrupt sooner rather than later. Stop the spending and stop the tax
