While your first post was kind of bleak, it is pretty on point. There are some loopholes and there also are those like us and countless other patriots who can't be touched. Yesterday I told you about the Dick Act, it was repealed and replaced-really just renamed in 1902 so ALL of the gun control laws are unconstitutional because that is what it says.
