I guess when you skip long term human safety trials and need an "E*******y Use A***********n" to get your v*****e out to the public, it makes sense to CYA. A pretty good gig if you can get it.

P****r demanded Brazil:

1. “Waive sovereignty of its assets abroad in favor of P****r”
2. Not apply its domestic laws to the company
3. Not penalize P****r for v*****e delivery delays
4. Exempt P****r from all civil liability for side effects

Brazil rejected P****r’s demands, calling them “abusive.” As noted by WION, P****r developed its v*****e with the help of government funding, and now it — a private company — is demanding governments hand over sovereign assets to ensure the company won’t lose a dime if its product injures people, even if those injuries are the result of negligent company practices, fraud or malice.

Another “but Trump...”.

Good for Brazil for not caving to Big Pharma
