BREAKING: Texas Gov. Abbot moves to lift all C***d restrictions, reopen '100 percent'
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said all statewide c****av***s restrictions — including a mask mandate — would end and businesses would be allowed to reopen "100 percent" in one week.

Abbott made the announcement at a restaurant news conference Tuesday and said the changes would be effective Wednesday, March 10.

The end of the mask mandate makes Texas, population 29 million, the largest state to end a rule aimed at slowing the spread of the c****av***s p******c.
