Joe Sobran was one of the best libertarian writers I ever read. His presentations were highly readable and logical, which made him anathema to liberals.
He was the first I know of to show the automatic protective response that lefttists have when one of their own is attacked. He called them The Hive, Thus, c*******ts, socialists, progressives and liberals, gather to protect Alger Hiss, Fidel Castro, Mao Zedong, FDR, Bernie, Obiden, Obama Owen Lattimore, x etc. from their enemies. As examples, you can understand their reaction to Donald J. Trump, Joseph McCarthy, Ronald Reagan, Whittaker Chambers, among others.
You see, l*****ts don't care about the evil of one of their own. They will book no criticism.
