I've said this from the start regardless of whether it's a dem or a republican, advances are one thing, it's life, I expect my wife to have the ability to turn down advances no matter how "out of line" they are. If someone hits on her it's no big deal as long as they stop when they are turned down. In a work environment a complaint about improper suggestions come down to "did you tell them to stop?" That comes first, don't complain to me if you haven't made it clear you are not open to advances. I would tell the person complaining that that is the first step, and would 100% let the person doing the unwanted advances know it needed to stop, that the person was not interested...
Then it comes down to someone not taking no for an answer, and the serious line is crossed when there is retaliation, demotion, threats of termination, the person doing this needs to be terminated sooner rather than later.
In the political climate of 2017 he needs to have his head examined, he needs to resign.

Wrong.... she said, he said......... he will be gone, regardless of some fantasy you have about making clear of no interest first. They will be gone from the accusations post haste....or the company would be subject to huge lawsuit they will lose.
It may be time for you lo leave that bubble state you live in for a bit and get back in touch with reality.

That’s nothing in comparison to the thousands who died in nursing homes, some of them in their 60s, there for rehab. He needs to pay, big time,

It comes down to credibility in accusations, a guy will not be fired without credible causes, warnings will turn into termination of a person doesn't stop. There are guys who have had multiple instances of complaints about improper behavior and others that never have and never will. You see a person who has had prior complaints and it would be time to cut them loose.

I think regardless of the legal outcome of this particular case enough New Yorkers are pissed off at Cuomo to end his political aspirations.

woodguru,
this is never gonna happen unless you provide us with the picture of your "wife".
But it is a grand good story, I give it to you.

Sounds like one or the other isn't playing with a full deck.
