Minorities struggle with using the Internet. On what does he base that disinformation? Minorities include Asian American and African Americans. Asian Americans are some of the most intelligent people in America and b****s, to my knowledge, have no more problem with the Internet than some aged, pardon the expression, WHITE people.

Access to internet, coverage is not universal and many areas have zero internet services.
