Just think how expensive and troublesome it will be to remove the turbines that are twice as big when they retire.

Interesting from a lot of angles, my takeaways...
...we are facing a lot of problems from earlier wind projects that did not have any rules or regulations
...It would seem that there is a need for recycling technology, possibly resurfacing or refurbishing.
...the process of putting land back the way it was with bonds and guarantees on reverting land is, impressive, I wish it was possible to do the same with fracking, which it is not, that land is screwed for eons.
...I could live with concrete pads being left on land, seems they could be reused

Here's Moore's documentary. I'm listening now. I can't believe I'm learning from Michael Moore! 🙃

You wouldn't want those concrete pads in your fields if up were a farmer all that concrete below 4 ft will stay there till the end of time !

They should require up front money to be put towards total removal and put back to the way it was. No profits until the removal costs are paid in full in advance. And the wind company must haul away the waste also and pay for scraping or landfills. In advance.

Facts come from everywhere, he showed some good information on the fracking industry too that can't be f**ed, it is what it is. The ugly side of anything has to be looked at with an unbiased eye.

Did you watch that video, that is exactly what is happening with new regulations...the oil industry for some reason does not have to post bonds for putting land back the way it was when they walk away from fracked wells that are no longer producing, they have a short life expectancy and there is no putting land that is screwed up back the way it was, they have legislation that protects them even from liabilities from well casing failures.

I do not point to the oil industry cleanup failures as a way to excuse the wind industry, I'm not okay with any unregulated failure to clean up after, in fact it shouldn't even be allowed until they can show that it can be cleaned up afterwards.

Everyone in a position to make MONEY on this is doing so hand over foot at OUR expense; politicians, technocrats, oligarchs...you name it.

Now, follow that thought logically and ask yourself, "Is the Paris Climate Accord about the climate?"

I think it's about making the less powerful more powerless for the profit of the already way too powerful.

I think it's about what Moore talks about in his documentary only on a global scale.

That's how these people think, the ones who stand to profit and gain power in all this; they think globally and generationally.

Not for US! They h**e and fear us because we are many and they are few. The "global reset" (which includes PCA) is a hyuuuge rip-off if we are foolish enough to not see it for what it is
