Over A Million Pages Of Documents Are Being Dumped On Prosecutors

This used to be a valid strategy, one that could force a prosecution to put a team of dozens or even hundreds of people on the tedious work of thousands of hours of sorting and finding relevant data germane to crimes. It was easier for accounting firms to intentionally make records as messy and meaningless as possible.

This is an era where 30,000 of Hillary's emails could be scanned and processed for anything missing or new and relevant additions to ones that had already been scrutinized. I was reading that anything new to 30,000 pages could be identified in a couple of hours.

Trump has a reported 500 corporations and limited partnerships, many or maybe even most for the sole purpose of creating tax dodges and strategies. Many of these companies are there to create places to shift assets and expenses around. One of trump's common tax strategies is to take an expense and use that same expense for a dozen or more businesses, each one claiming this was an expense to that business. We know this because it has been well reported that many of his legal battles with the IRS involved the use of copies of receipts, or even just itemized claims that have no receipts at all, which the IRS will reject when they audit and find these.

Another claim that he finds useful is losses, then use the same losses across multiple different businesses, thereby reducing their taxable profits. A large loss multiplied a dozen times becomes a substantial crime in terms of the amount. Loses in real estate can be created out of thin air, trump believes that a property's value is wh**ever he says it is. The one that is worth a hundred million dollars for the purposes of a loan is then said to be worth five million to the IRS, and a claim of a $15 million loss because the purchase price was $20 million. The bank calls this criminal fraud, and the IRS calls it criminal fraud....and no, everybody doesn't do this, trump is not being harassed and persecuted. He is being prosecuted for crimes he committed.

The new forensic software and AI programs have the ability to sift all 500 corporations looking for any duplicated expense claimed, they have the ability to profile and correlate values that shift from one entity to another, they can profile the dynamics of a money laundered property in terms of purchase price and what it sells for, and segregate everything that doesn't follow real values of the time period, they can then search IRS filings for the applicable and correctly corresponding profit, or see whether it was claimed at all. Good computer forensics teams can do in days and weeks what would have taken hundreds of people months or years to do.

During trump's e******n campaign I said that trump surely wasn't stupid enough to open this kind of scrutiny on his business operations, which all consist of shady if not illegal abuses of the tax system. He apparently was, and this is the inevitable result of his stupidity and misplaced sense of superiority.

Trump has an army of the best accountants and tax lawyers in the country on his payroll. Is it your contention that one dips**t DA political hack is smarter than them?

No reputable law firm will touch Trump because he’s a perjury machine and never pays his bills.

Tax attorneys would love to have as many Trumps as they can get.
