Those planning an i**********n or civil strife need to be aware of who controls the military and police, and the party and would be dictator in power is everything, it is a way different story when the leadership and control has been shifted to a party that the old one would like to depose.
Trump, and this trump supporting madness had it's best shot when trump had installed pro trump stooges at the top end of pentagon leadership positions. At the time of the capital i**********n those stooges had already vastly negated a national guard, secret service, and FBI response that should have been ready to deploy r**t assistance in minutes, interfering in a way that caused hours of delays.
Biden has already completely started the process of removing those in positions of power and replacing them with those that will be true to defending the president that is in power versus the one that was removed from office by a legally acknowledged new president.
Already there are several major difference in the response right wing terrorists will be up against when they try another capital i**********n, or even one elsewhere like Michigan's capital...

When those at the top are trump sympathetic leaders, the orders that roll down hill reflect an unwillingness to treat pro trump violence as the terrorist actions they are, they are looked at as real americans and patriots, so they are shielded by a hesitancy or unwillingness to shoot these people. police and national guards are effectively rendered ineffective as a result. As seen in DC national guard troops were not even given firearms, their response times were blocked, as were the rules of engagement in terms of defending against i**********n.
So now how would that be different? They have guns, they have different rules of engagement, which would be to use their sk**ls and resources to end any i**********n attempts, and it doesn't take a genius to understand that they will not be under don't shoot fellow americans rules, they will be under these are dangerous terrorist i**********nists. Any i**********n attempts will now be live fire exercises.
Intelligence is under new management, the NSA has the ability to filter every single communication made in the united states and overseas. Under the trump administration there was no focus on right wing m*****as involved in actively planning events and actions. New rules, they are now. Those who are used to openly plotting, planning, talking about events and actions are under a microscope now. Orders will come from the top to root out and stomp on anyone even talking about crossing a line between talking and acting.
