I will add you to my prayers, have I really should say.
Have you been talking to her on the phone? Who is communicating her lack of activity?
What meds is she on? Could they be too strong for her?
I know it's hard, but, maybe get someone from the Council on Aging to advocate for her like you would?

I'm 87,I have maccular degernation,and a bad Ticker but I can say I,m not home sick.But when my time comes I will gladly go but I will miss my kids and 16 grand kids and 4 great grand kids.

So sorry, I have been just where you are right now. My mom did the same thing, she broke her hip, and had to go to the nursing home, too stubborn to go be with any of us kids. She did pretty well for a couple of years, then she decided she didn’t want to be here anymore, and stopped eating. No matter how hard I tried to feed her, she would take a tiny bite, and say no more. She died two weeks after. I miss her every minute.
Praying for her, and you. Stay strong, and trust in the Lord. 🙏❤️
