I don't think it was so much the states that h**ed the m*****a as the federal government. I'm glad to see at least one state starting to use them again, but I am not really surprised it is Missouri doing it. They are pretty pro gun anyway. I am really interested in seeing just what the b****s do about it and if they will obey them.

I noticed in another article (cant find it now) that they were bashing the Governor for not getting it ok'ed through Washington. It really isn't any of their business.
If it isn't mentioned as an authority given to the President or congress than the power is given to the State and the people.

The funny thing is, as I'm watching the pres talk, he keeps pushing Ferguson as a race issue, when most of the people there are blaming a militant, out of control police force. The people of Ferguson made there stance clear to me kicking Jessie Jackson of the stage.
Great, Holder is on his way there, that will make things better!

Yea I have noticed many w****s mixed in the crowds. I don't think that would be the case if they were pushing it as a race thing. They wouldn't be safe. That is what the media has been told to push though. It takes the eyes off the real problem and that is the growing distance in wealth e******y. Shhhhh don't want any one to think that and join forces against the 1% of the the 1%ers though.

What state m*****a? Oh you the Missouri's State National Guard? The National Guard is a hybrid military unit formed by the states but trained by the U.S. Army as reserve state police force and reserve manpower pool for the Army. Jurdction is divided between state and national governments. The governor s can call them in case of r**ting,l**ting or natural disasters, the president can call them into national service only in time of war or other national emergency so the president does not have the power to call out any national guard unit to stop local r**ting,or l**ting.however if the lawless spreads across to other states that border that state and then only for 30 days then it must be approved by both houses of congress.
