"The Supreme Court on Friday listed several high-profile e******n lawsuits for consideration at its mid-February conference.

The cases include challenges to the 2020 e******n from Trump-aligned lawyers Lin Wood and Sidney Powell, as well as Republican Rep. Mike Kelly's Pennsylvania lawsuit. Nearly every lawsuit takes issue with the expanded use of mail-in b****ts by many states.

The decision came after the court declined to fast-track all e******n-related litigation in early January.

In nearly every plea for expedition, lawyers backing former President Donald Trump told the court that if the cases were not heard before President Biden's inauguration, their success would be unlikely.

But after the court pushed them off, many lawyers said that the challenges were still important and could have long-term implications for e******n fairness. Trump lawyer John Eastman told the Washington Examiner that even with Trump out of office, it was important to settle the issues raised by expanded mail-in v****g.

"Our legal issue," he said, referring to the way in which Pennsylvania conducted the 2020 e******n, "remains important and in need of the court’s review."

Similarly, Kelly's lawyer Greg Teufel, told the Washington Examiner after the court refused to hear his case before the inauguration that the 10-year congressman and major Trump ally had no intention of dropping the suit.

As e******n litigation continues to play out in the courts, many Republican state legislators have begun introducing bills to curb mail-in v****g through law.

If the Supreme Court accepts any of the e******n lawsuits, it is likely that they won't be heard until October."

None of them will affect the outcome, there was an e******n, and the results have been formalized according to law. Without proof of the actual numbers that were affected versus numbers that could have been affected, it's like Russian e******n i**********e. You can say okay, it is proved that there was interference, but no way to prove the quantitative effect...ergo, so what? Trump was still president.

At issue now are future e******ns. Especially where states changed their own e******n laws illegally, allowing illegal and unconstitutional v**es to be counted. At the front also are the mail in b****ts and how they were handled. At this point it is clear that the e******n of Biden will stand, everyone gets that, but unless we know our e******ns are fair and not fraudulent, we are just another banana republic.

I would agree with that, and the states "changing" laws were actually coming into a compliance with the exact things that work in dozens of other states, and changes to facilitate v****g in a world where c***d is a threat someone should not have to expose themselves to unless they choose to.

Red states that threw up challenges that meant nothing as far as e******n integrity were merely creating the potential of plausibility if trump lost, had t***p w*n they'd have seen nothing wrong.

It may affect the next one, however and many after that so the issue is worth pressing regardless.

No. But so far they haven't actually heard a case...so I'd like to see the uproar when they do.

Sorta a day late and a dollar short aren't you? Besides, I thought the problem was D******n software which produced millions of v**es for Sleepy Joe Biden then magically erased all evidence that it happened? I think the question is--which red herring are we going to chase?

None of their rulings will affect the 2020 e******n, only future e******ns.

Please explain that if you will. Why can't the court affect the e******n results if they decide it was invalid?

The appearance of C***d did not negate the constitution nor did it prevent people from requesting mail in b****ts as has always been available. This you should know. It is the wholesale distribution of millions of mail in b****ts which became the source of mail in b****t fraud; this as well as not checking signatures, verifying addresses of those registered to v**e etc. You, of course, know all this but try to sweep it under the rug.
