Looks like "Big Mike" Brown was quite the tough street thug. His aggressive assault on the innocent store clerk, in the video, indicates that good ole "Big Mike" very probably did force the officer to have to k**l him, by resisting arrest.

If the officer unlawfully k**led a man on his knees trying to surrender, then the officer should go to jail. If it turns out that a punk ass street thug got k**led resisting a legal arrest by an officer, then Good riddance!

I must say that the TEA Party could have had nothing to do with this encounter, maybe an offshoot of the Black Panthers, though. This young, black man (18 years of age, no longer a child, 6'4" & 294 lbs.) strong armed a store owner, assaulting an individual one half his size!Please enlighten me as how this was anyone's responsibility but HIS. The family and local black community constantly denigrated the Police Officer involved, without knowing any of the legitimate facts, ballistics, autopsy, arrest records, etc. Yet, they claim that this individual was just a poor black teen gunned down in his prime and decrying the release of the tape as character assassination!
Also, please explain what this incident has to do with "l**ting"? I didn't see any "TEA Party" members present during the l**ting sprees!!
