There are already $18 Billion invested in job training, that money is channeled through state systems. If we stop shoring up the f****l f**l industry we could invest that $$ into trainings as well.

Automation is responsible for quite a bit of job loss in the coal mining industry. Coal mining jobs started declining because of the same productivity gains that have led to fewer manufacturing jobs all across the country - namely, workers can produce more coal per hour, meaning fewer workers are needed to maintain steady coal output.... productivity gains led to fewer workers needed to produce the same output. Natural gas also played a major role in reducing coal production. This has occurred over a period of many years...from the 1950's to the current days....not overnight. Workers in the industry adapted to different sources of income as the industry changed over the years.
How do you think 11,000 people will do competing for the same jobs all at the same time? From what I gather from the link you posted, training will take at minimum six months to a year for Keystone pipeline worker to learn the specifics of a basic solar panel technician-type job (I checked Panel Washing Technicians, Solar Service Technicians, General Labor positions) and more advanced training and education (college courses and degrees) for the more advanced jobs (Heat Pump Service Technician, Avionics Solar Technician, Solar installers, Solar structure technicians, Diagnostics Testers). NONE of the qualifications in any of these jobs listed include backgrounds in pipe fitting and coal mining experience.
What Biden has done to thousands of Americans with the stroke of a pen in ONE day is disturbing at the least. And it sure doesn't look like he gives a rip about it.
He also k**led thousands of jobs on the southern border by shutting down production on a barrier that was one-half a mile short of completion in Texas. When will it stop????
