We might talk about biden not being all there. But on Opp, we should have some expectation that the responders have some level of thought processes functioning. That wasn't to hard for you, was it?

Okay. Trump can read quite well, and write quite well, and comprehend quite well. As we have seen from some of his teleprompter speeches, Biden either can't read well or comprehend well or put it to speech. Something wrong there. And sometimes he doesn't get what is being passed on to him from his handler and through his ear piece. As for reading his Executive Orders, he doesn't seem to be able to comprehend what he is signing on all occasions and certainly hasn't read them. Got it now, VD.
