Your comment makes zero sense. As of three days ago, we are administering over one million doses per day. That is at the Biden stated goal of 100 million doses in 100 days. Biden had nothing to do with it and it was under Trump and his plan which actually exists despite the lies of "no Trump plan."

What "needed measures" is Biden now using. Explain that.
