I recently read were three countries had pulled far ahead of the majority of countries in initiating the v*****e but I have heard very little about how effective those v*****es are. Sofar, the global effort to roll out these v*****es and distribute them to vulnerable people is off to a slow start if t***h be known...
kudos for their effort to develop them, but a “ d” in effectiveness ..I think those countries are Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, last I knew..
