I had a problem with our elected officials that were reverends, think Jesse Jackson, John Lewis, Booker can go there, now I hear Georgia's Warnock slips into the ooohoooh oooh oooooh ooh ooooh of preaching. I h**e the raised voice, the over emphasis on sections of sentences, I hear it and I can quickly be done listening because this is a speech pattern that mesmerizes, it is intended to capture audiences and elicit agreement. When bombast enters I am usually done listening. I am drawn to calm and quiet speeches, not fire and bombast.

There is a science and an art to crowd mesmerizing, and trump has a very weird version of it, and he has some very "interesting" hand movements that go with it. It involves dropping octaves during and toward the end of a sentence, there is an element of repeating a word three times, and explosive increases in emphasis.

During hos speech the 6th it was in full display, one was "we will go to THE CAPITAL, I will be going with you". Statements such as "some you will not be so happy with" are said with a lower amplitude, very quietly, which is a subconscious emphasis to pay extra attention to this.

This is an art and a science, and trump has an excellent command of working a crowd with it...some feel it, others do not

The halting black preacher cadence of Barack Hussein Obama and the scolding delivery of his speeches were effective on the vulnerable and repulsive to those who opposed Obama. His jackassy grin selling American hatred was particularly angering for me.
Mike Pence, Milquetoast Mike Pence , has as phony a delivery as a cult leader announcing the arrival of the alien craft to take his flock to a new planet.
And Biden? Hah, Biddie Biden has the delivery of an escaped coma patient who found a bottle of bourbon and finished it. Biden though, can't be phony because he doesn't know who or where he is.
