Thought for the day or rather days!~A sad state of affairs for decades.. I have never once felt that my v**e mattered or changed anything.. I have always been an equal opportunity offender when it came to bashing politicians of either stripe.. That being said...I v**e so I have the Right to B!tch.. I've also always thought there should be more than two main parties.. I've always been kind of a conundrum to some folks because I am for legalization of cannabis Federally as in de-scheduling, for instance.. Even before v****g age, I have felt that states and the fed could benefit from the de-scheduling of cannabis.. revenue wise...
I guess if i had to put myself in a political box, it'd be libertarian.. conservative in the truest meaning of the word.. Conservative meaning smaller gov't.. Don't spend it if ya don't have it... "big brother leave me alone, I'm a big girl, I don't need some tool telling me how to think.. how to act.. what to eat or not eat!
There is some really scary s**te goin on out here in the cyber sphere!! I may not support what you say, But I will support 100% your right to say it!.. As long as what you are doing isn't Literally Physically harming someone.
I do have to say, that while social media has brought friends and family together...it has been the Bane of society.. I remember growing up, that there were two things to NOT discuss in "polite company" and those two things are Religion & Politics.. Because they can be Inflammatory! So it is on social media.. friends deleting friends, Families broken over freakin political differences, because that is ALL they are in the grand scheme of things..
I think there can be a commonality in thought.. we know the system is broken.. we disagree on how to fix it, and we ALWAYS will... Politicians always seem to look at their differences rather than trying to find common ground.. Politicians in this Century & Before! My biggest gripe currently, is that these politicians of both stripes forget WHO they work for & Who pays their salaries!
It's just a sad state of affairs when one side seeks attrition as in destroying a HUGE part of our society, because they disagree..talk of eradicating the conservative branch and all who support it, coming out of the FAR left socialist party...boggles the mind the violence they are insinuating!! I realize there may actually be some democrats that are still moderate...I also believe there are moderate conservatives.. it's NOT all hard lean one direction or the other!..
We the many, are being dictated to by the Few!! That my fellow Americans is what is the most terrifying of it all.. Most of us law abiding citizens just want to be left alone to go about our lives, C***d or no C***d.. 🙁

How about Just Americans looking for ways to achieve the same goals?
This is a concept that has been lost over the years; I personally think it is time to reevaluate it. For Merit.
