The man with his foot up on Pelosi's desk has been arrested. I'm sure he looks just as cool behind bars. In a lot of states, if you are participating in a crime which results in a death, you can be charged with that death even if you weren't directly involved. I wonder about DC.

Hope this stunt was worth it for the rest of them also.
The list of charges that are now following them around is astounding. With 20 year Federal Felony Sentences.

He said he was swept into the Capital by the rush of the crowd, noticed his foot was injured, looked for a bathroom but ended up needing to elevate the injured foot, thus the desk and chair were commandeered for first aid purposes.

Noting he got blood on an envelope that was on the desk, he took that with him. He says he left a quarter on the desk for the spoilt envelope because he "ain't no thief!"

See.

Totally innocent!

BTW Federal Felony minimum sentence is 10 years. He may get more time if he matches the stink/stain on the chair. Hope they use the stink-n-stain recognition protocol for a positive match. Imagine if it's not a match !!!
