Since the end of the Civil War, the Federal Government has had near dictatorial power over the States. We would have been freer to live as we truly wanted to had the South prevailed. The Union would have eventually reunited under the governance of a small central government and a strong States Rights constitution.
All you have to do is take a hard look at Detroit and realize that Washington's good will intentions is responsible for that.

Well said. I believe Obama is being 'operated' by two women; Valerie Jarrett and his wife. I believe he makes no independent decisions. It would be interesting to know who is operating Jarrett.

Jarrett is the driving force and probably she works for Soros and others of that stripe.
