As you and I both know, implementation of the ACA has been outsourced to 'contractors as the best method of getting this beast off the ground. I ran across a video of a congressional hearing where the privacy issues embedded in the ACA have been exposed by Mr Barton (Representative from Texas) while hearing the testimony from a Prime Contractor for implementing ACA. Mr. Barton brought to light the fact that the Prime contractor has established in the source code(hidden from view of those using Healthcare.gov website to sign up for ACA) a disclaimer that states " you have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communications or data t***siting or stored on this communications system." This condition is a violation of the HIPPA rulings regarding Patient confidentiality. The representative of this Prime Contractor assigned responsibility for this glitch to another Prime Contractor, CMS. This ACA program just keeps on giving to the American citizens.

Super Dave:
Reminder to self; opposed all monster bills that are rushed through congress, knowing they have not been read. Monitor those types of bills and burn up the phone/fax lines to my representatives sharing my opposition and reasons why! The mega bills remind me of the old line ' If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, then baffle them with BS'. Hide that pork, take your medicine and like it. If these types of bills can not stand scrutiny in the light of day, it is automatically not good for us.
Agreed.
BTW - The progressives didn't actually get everything they wanted. There are still people that are not s***es to government. The left still has work to do.
