Courts deal in facts and evidence, not beliefs and fairytales. Just because you believe in the boogyman or Santa claws won’t get you into court for a trial, it takes real evidence. Why do you think none of Trumps lawyers were sworn in when they presented their conspiracy theory’s to state legislatures?

No judge allowed the complaints to get past the pleading stage in which presentation of evidence is not necessary for litigation to proceed. These were all summary dismissals and did not allow the discovery process to go forward.

When a judge dismisses a complaint without proceeding to discovery where evidence is first introduced, it doesn't magically make all the evidence disappear.

The evidence of v***r f***d is, in fact and law, massive. And the fact that fraud occurred primarily in the swing states is a red f**g that cannot be ignored.

SCOTUS never reviewed a single complaint. Out of cowardice, they based their decision on the premise alone. The chief justice should be tarred and feathered, he and his cohorts just destroyed the highest court in the land.

FYI: Who appointed these judges is irrelevant.

Denial is a b*tch, isn't it?

Can anyone tell me if any e******n f***d lawsuit brought by anyone, has actually been heard by a court, with evidence actually presented for any court to rule upon? The answer I believe is a definitive "NO".

Which brings up the the real issue of the legal process and the rule of law in this country. 70 million plus v**ers believe that there is ample evidence of v***r f***d, and NO Court wants to hear the evidence.

Friends, we have a situation that is reaching the boiling point. Many people are waiting, and hoping that the legal process will resolve this issue peacefully. We are still waiting!

Nobody but Louie "The Lonestar Loon" Gohmert thought his i***tic lawsuit to make Pence a kingmaker was going anywhere but being laughed out of court.

You are spot on... other than the fact that there is no pleading stage in civil court.

Great response Blade. Your sense of composure is admirable. I am finding it more and more difficult and may need to step away for a bit.

The rule of Law ?????
The rule is when the whistle blows, the game is over. It’s not time for discussion or lawsuits, it’s over. pick up your crap and get off the field, you lost, go home and cry about it. It isn’t time to kick nonsense in gear .
That the rule of law you’re referring to ?

The replacement of our constitutional republic is priceless. There is no price to put up. For 244 years, from the revolutionary wars, 1775 to 1783, how our Founders put up this system of government that cost several million lives, until the the world wars, and various wars where our own family dead or alive had suffered to preserve, protect, and defend our freedom. Nothing could replace our freedom under this constitutional-republic. Are we losing it?

Now, so many are attracted to power that will separate us, because of the indoctrination of various forces evil to our cause. This is the democrat c*******t greed of power, and control, greed of wealth to taking over this country.

One of the most dangerous alive today is Barack Obama . Since he came to power in 2009, this massive t***sformation started thru various means. And yet nobody seem to care how we became like this and how it started. Corruptions, greed for power and material gains seems to dominate the control, that motivate them to dismantle our system where we were founded upon. The Justice system had disappeared. That means our freedom is beginning to disappear. What do you think will the 74 million v**ers of president Trump will do? Most of them are at the DC waiting to fight for their rights. I will defend freedom to the last of my breath.

Are you ready to be a c*******t like China?

And to top this off the judge, in this case, was appointed by Donald. And you also seem to be missing the larger point that 81.2 million people v**ed for Biden, a full 7 million more v**ers than v**ed for Trump. Also, you do understand that believing something is true doesn't make it true...don't you? So to you, 70 million people believing there is fraud means there was fraud? In that case, if 81.2 million believe that there was no fraud means there was no fraud and 81.2 million is more than 74.2 million so by your logic you lose once again...

Snip>>>As they frantically searched for ways to salvage President Donald Trump’s failed ree******n bid, his campaign pursued a dizzying game of legal hopscotch across six states that centered on the biggest prize of all: Pennsylvania.

The strategy may have played well in front of television cameras and on talk radio to Trump’s supporters. But it has proved a disaster in court, where judges uniformly rejected their claims of v**e f***d and found the campaign’s legal work amateurish.

In a scathing ruling late Saturday, U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann — a Republican and Federalist Society member in central Pennsylvania — compared the campaign’s legal arguments to “Frankenstein’s Monster,” concluding that Trump’s team offered only “speculative accusations,” not proof of rampant corruption.

The campaign on Sunday filed notice it would appeal the decision to the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a day before the state’s 67 counties are set to certify their results and send them to state officials. And they asked Sunday night for an expedited hearing Wednesday as they seek to amend the Pennsylvania lawsuit that Brann dismissed.

Now compound this by 53 and this is the reason that Trump lost all but one very minor case about where one can stand when viewing the handling of the b****ts. Blade, this was the Keystone cops legal defense. Remember Melissa Carone? Rudy put her on the stand not once but on two separate days...as the star witness! Imagine, you have an absolute disaster that everyone is laughing at, and she's the best you have to put on the stand! That's the state of the case Rudy was arguing. And speaking of Rudy, he's the best you have for a lawyer and he's a total embarrassment. Does it really not sink in just how amateurish a legal defense Trump put together?

And I know not a single one of you can see this--all you can see are conspiracies in every court all across the country! From Nevada, to Arizona, to Wisconsin, to Michigan, to Pennsylvania, and ending in Georgia. Oh, and I left out the Pennsylvania appeals court and the United States Supreme Court! Your argument is that every one of them is corrupted by the Deep State, ruled by E-vile liberals, which somehow we were able to coordinate between all of these courts in order to squelch the rulings for Donald J Trump. Really???

Are there really 70 million people this ignorant? I don't care if 200 million believe this, it doesn't make it true... beliefs means absolutely nothing, they are beliefs not facts

Massive evidences of fraud will be presented on the 5 contested states.
It was not a failed ree******n bid. President Trump's victory was stolen by your c*******t-democrats, the last chance that the Deep State could succeed. For 4 years not been able to get him out after series of illegal processes. And now massive fraud introduced on his ree******n bid, for this is the last chance to taking over power. Let us see what happens on J** 6th till 20th. Will the ObamaGate and the Deep State criminals succeed?

The SC and the Judges' dereliction of duty, a gross violation of the constitution. They have turned tyrants. We will see how long they'll last.

Now, let us play chess where this is going.
