LIMBAUGH EXPLAINS THE REAL REASON THE SUPREME COURT REFUSED THE TEXAS CASE AND AS USUAL, HE’S SPOT-ON

A caller to Rush Limbaugh’s program this morning vented frustration with the way the U.S. Supreme Court merely swatted away the lawsuit filed by Texas last week against four states that unconstitutionally changed their v****g rules and procedures ahead of this year’s e******n.

The caller seemed to think that SCOTUS, along with lower federal courts refusing to hear cases of v***r f***d, is trying to find any reason they can to impede justice.
“They basically kind of suggest that, well, we don’t have jurisdiction, or we don’t have an acceptable remedy or the case is moot or the person doesn’t have standing. I’m kind of wondering, are they basically all say that it’s impossible to bring an e******n lawsuit because it’s just impossible to bring an e******n lawsuit on the merits?” the caller, Kiril, said.
Rush offered a different take: No, it’s really just about getting rid of Donald Trump.
No, I don’t think that’s what saying because if it’s a case they wanted to take, they would take it. You know, a friend of mine sent me a note after the Supreme Court refused to hear the Texas case. And the note is, ‘Supreme Court just said that a state that c***ts in a national e******n, which screws everybody in the nation, is the only entity that’s allowed to do anything about it? It’s asinine. It’s like saying the only person who can prosecute a murder is the murderer.’
His point is the Supreme Court said we cannot allow one state to start suing other states because it would soon be out of control and so forth. I think there’s a common denominator in all this that people — I mean you know this, but you may not have put it in your equation. This is strictly about getting rid of Donald Trump. There isn’t an entity in the American deep state, Washington establishment, wh**ever, that doesn’t want to get rid of Donald Trump, including enough justices on the Supreme Court.
I think there’s some additional reasons why and the court gave its reasons, but the bottom line is that this is the best chance they’ve ever had to get rid of Trump and they’re not gonna hear these cases. They want him gone. It’s no more — in my humble estimation — no more complicated than that. The precedents that are being set, precedents are made to be broken. Supreme Court can break any precedent it wants any time it wants down the line, depending on if they get a case that they want to hear, if they get a case that they want to decide.
As always, America’s Anchorman is spot-on. This is just about getting rid of the greatest president (to buck the power of the deep state) in our lifetimes.

God, it always goes to the "Deep State" which apparently even consists of appointees made by Republicans including Donald J. Trump. You guys really have sailed right off the edge of the flat earth that you live on. You guys appeared in 50 courtrooms plus the appeals court plus, twice, before the Supreme Court and, with the exception of a minor 'victory,' your case ended in defeat each and every time.

What's amazing is that it never occurs to you that maybe Trump lied and the case is nothing but a pile of Bull Turds, which is the reason you were defeated but NOOOO...you go to the Deep State (wh**ever it is) for all the problems in your life. There is an appropriate place where you can shove "You guys" and your fallacious logical fallacy arguments.

No judge allowed the complaints to get past the pleading stage in which presentation of evidence is not necessary for litigation to proceed. These were all summary dismissals and did not allow the discovery process to go forward.

When a judge dismisses a complaint without proceeding to discovery where evidence is first introduced, it doesn't magically make all the evidence disappear.

SCOTUS never reviewed a single complaint. Out of cowardice, they based their decision on the premise alone. The chief justice should be tarred and feathered, he and his cohorts just destroyed the highest court in the land.

FYI: Who appointed these judges is irrelevant.

1) McConnell and Trump have worked overtime to pack the courts with Republican judges. If the judge's ideology is so unimportant you should tell McConnell and Trump, or hell, just your peeps, that the ideology of the judge is unimportant and see what they say. The mistake they made seems to be that they appointed judges who retained their intellectual honesty which defeats the purpose McConnell and Trump appointed the judges...

2) There have been 50 court cases, plus the Appeals Court, plus two visits to the Supreme Court. You had your shots before the bench. The fact that you couldn't win a case is a result of the evidence or lack thereof, you presented to the court.

It sounds like the Judge looked at your charges which, apparently weren't supported by evidence, and why the case was rejected.
