They could hear Robert shouting that violence could happen if they decide the right things.
Justice Thomas and Alito are arguing against Justice Roberts.

Then the fear factor now dominates our constitution.
The fear of the violence of the LEFT or the C*******t Democrats.

If violence happens, then president Trump could use the military. Make use of the I**********n Act, and use the Armed Forces.

We could not be intimidated with these thugs, then lose our Constitutional-Republic.
I pray Congress and the Senate stand for this cause it is the life of our freedom, that our loved ones and the Founders had shed blood to achieve and keep for more than 244 years.

Roberts is a coward, prefers to satisfy Barack perhaps.

There are conflicting reports on the shouting issue, but there is no disputing that the court failed miserably in it's obligation to the constitution and the rule of law in this country.

You properly raise the issue on the Supreme Court may have been "Afraid That Violence Could Happen if They Do the Right Thing". I would like to make the point that the Supreme Court should have been more worried about Violence by failing to address an obvious wrong done to our e******n process.

Much has been written on the issue of standing and whether it is even appears in the constitution.

Courts have “neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment.” As such, in deciding cases courts have a duty to explain their decisions so the rest of us may know if they constitute arbitrary exercises of political power, or reasoned decisions of judicial power which the People can trust.

The Supreme Court has a duty to decide cases properly brought to them. Two centuries ago, Chief Justice John Marshall described “the duty of the Judicial Department to say what the law is” because “every right, when withheld, must have a remedy, and every injury its proper redress.” Abdication in a case of this sort is not a judicial option. Their abducation in dismissing the Texas Vs. Pennsylvania et al case is simply a failure of will, and lack of courage. When the law fails to address a righteous grevience, it leaves the matter in the hands of people to seek their own form or redress.

So, everyone is entitled to their opinion unless you're a lefty in a blue state. We already know the FBI, CIA, and Congress are corrupt. All t***h-tellers are shut down by the MSM and Silicon Valley. Plus, I love a good conspiracy theory. It's right up there with a good Sherlock Homes book. Q's job is done, the world is awake and doing its own research. They gave you a map and plenty of evidence. Make up your own mind to believe or not. I pointed as many as I could in what I consider, the right direction. My job is done too.

Peewee, our job is never done. The worst enemies, ignorance and indifference, will never stop, in fact they seem to be getting more powerful. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas.

Indeed, they become more powerful if we surrender to their threats, intimidations and violence. We fight in war to protect/defend our freedom. But this one right on our own yard, we allow them to defeat us because we are afraid violence will escalate?

I think Justice Roberts is also afraid of his safety and the whole SC safety. The whole country will burn. Then the Armed Forces will need to stop them. They are the enemies within.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

Kevyn. Peace be with you! Today is Christmas. Let us be honest. The president is not doing a Coop attempt. He is fighting for the right that has been stolen from him, and the American people. The right that our freedom must stand forever!

Merry Christmas!

The T*****R FBI has been destroying president Trump since 4 years ago. Fact is I think Wray should be the next to be removed. All FBI officers are the weapons of the Deep State and the BarackobamaGate that DOJ Barr left unresolved. He hid the Biden vase for fear it will affect Joe's e******n. No matter what Joes v**es were stolen any ways. Does not matter. 30 million of Bidens v**es were stolen from president Trump. and the proofs are all gathered to be presented to the coward SC.

He will have taken his last free ride at the taxpayer's expense. Let the conservatives pay his way from here on out.

They could hear Robert shouting that violence could happen if they decide to nullify the e******n results.

There....fixed it for you. 'Do the right thing'.....don't make me laugh.

I WORDED IT DIFFETNLY. DOING THE RIGHT THING MEANS if they approve the case of Texas, VIOLENCE COULD HAPPEN. That was why Roberts for fear of violence of your party, ignored the case. That's what the whole meaning of the message. If your brain is limited to expand I think you need to broaden it further. May you have peace. Merry Christmas!

Overturning an e******n results without proof would be the wrong thing, word it however you like. Not only could violence happen if the SCOTUS had done so, it would have. Don't need to be Nostradamus to see that .

And this stinky-assed liberal who you would never allow into your gated community rejects your one day pretense at comity.
