I'm not a PC practitioner, you're correct, it's all nonsense. My career required PC when doing my job, so I chose the word disabled/challenged to fit the circumstances especially w/victims/witnesses. Perps always had a lawyer & expert witness testimony to shore up their "defense". I guess it's different in Canada, now I know. Thanx
