My friend in North Carolina watched and we used Zoom to watch it with her on our tv.(It was cloudy where I live.) It was very pretty - especially when Saturn was almost "touching" Jupiter. Here's what it looked like from her porch on my tv...

I saw it from my Kentucky farm and it was the brightest star I've ever seen. If this was the time before Christ was born, I would followed it; it was that beautiful.

It must have been nice to see it with your eyes! And though it is after Christ was born now, it is a beautiful reminder of that wonderful day!

Saw the star. There were lots of people on the bluff above St George so we went up into the Tortoise Reserve to watch. Lots of people there also. The desert was dark and the most light was the occasional vehicle that went past. The desert cools at night and it was very humbling to think of the Magi who braved the long journey and the Shepherds who abandoned their sheep to come and worship Jesus at his Birth. There were many cars along the road we were on and it was also so very quiet among the watchers. No loud talking or laughing as often happens when people are together.
