Will Alabama congressman Mo Brooks challenge the e*******l v**e before Congress rubber-stamps it on J****** 6? Under the E*******l Count Act of 1877 he will need only ONE Senator to join him to force a two-hour debate and a v**e in each house on a motion to overturn the results.
Will any senator have the balls to oppose Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell? Will anyone go on record, make a historic stand for f**r e******ns?

Every State in the Union has stood for for f**r e******ns for centuries. What you're suggesting is giving you what YOU want, and damn the American people who don't.

I think Senator Rand Paul will do just that.
He is strong enough to withstand the pressure from any and all RINOS

About 73 percent of Republicans have little or no confidence that the e******n was conducted fairly. Only 4 in 10 Americans, not just Republicans, said they were very confident that the e******n was conducted fairly and accurately. That is a big chunk of Americans who think something was very wrong in this e******n.
What I want is for judges to review the evidence and not dismiss cases because of filing issues. These cases were slammed together in days, these lawyers did not have months or years to prepare their arguments.
But, this was not what I asked.... My question, in the event you missed it, will any congressman or senator have the balls to join with Mo and defy Mitch?

I think Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley may sign on.

I think there will be several. Rand Paul comes to mind. Ted Cruz. I think there will be double digits numbers of senators who join that.

Democrats are shouting that this move would undermine democracy, but the forget their own efforts in the not so distant past. Contesting Biden's win would not be the first time lawmakers have taken such a drastic step. In fact, it has been primarily congressional Democrats in recent e******ns who have raised objections to certifying Republican presidents.
Democrats have tried, and failed, three times since the 2000 e******n to overturn the results, including twice with President George W. Bush and once with Trump. The efforts were all started in the House and only succeeded one time in getting a senator to join them. Former Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-Calif.) aligned with Democrats when they challenged Bush's second win.
This time, it just might happen... In the past, more Americans had confidence in our e******n, this time around that confidence is gone.
You are eying the same people as me...Ted Cruz and Rand Paul!

Amazing how the democrats can criticize after how they have behaved the past four years.
I can't believe McConnell won't do it, though!
