BATTLEGROUND STATES V**ED FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP
Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona Republican E*****rs Cast V**es for Trump
BY BOWEN XIAO December 14, 2020 Updated: December 14, 2020 bigger smaller Print
Republican e*****rs in four states said on Dec. 14 that they would cast their procedural v**es for President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, the latest update contesting the results of the 2020 e******n.

Republican e*****rs in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona all said they v**ed for Trump. It comes as their states formally appointed Democratic e*****rs who v**ed for Democrat Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.).

In Michigan, two separate slates of e*****rs were cast: 16 for Trump and 16 for Biden.

The Pennsylvania GOP said in a news release that e*****rs met in Harrisburg to “cast a conditional v**e” for Trump and Pence “at the request of the Trump campaign.” Their v**e comes as Democratic e*****rs cast their E*******l College v**es for Biden and Harris.

The Pennsylvania GOP cited the 1960 p**********l e******n between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy, who would become the eventual winner.

“We took this procedural v**e to preserve any legal claims that may be preserved going forward,” said Pennsylvania Trump campaign chairman Bernie Comfort in a statement.

In Georgia, David Shafer, the chairman of the state’s Republican Party, said that GOP e*****rs made their move today because the “President’s lawsuit contesting the Georgia e******n is still pending.”

“The Republican nominees for P**********l E*****r met today at noon at the State Capitol today and cast their v**es for President and Vice President,” Shafer said in a Twitter post. “Had we not meet today and cast our v**es, the President’s pending e******n contest would have been effectively mooted. Our action today preserves his rights under Georgia law.”

The same thing was done in Nevada, with the state’s Republican e*****rs casting their v**e for Trump and Pence. In a Twitter post by the Nevada GOP, they stated, “History made today.”

Arizona’s Republican p**********l e*****rs also v**ed for Trump and Pence, according to the state’s Republican party.

The E*******l College v**es are cast on Dec. 14 and counted on J*** 6 during a Joint Session of Congress, when the House of Representatives and Senate meet.

After states have completed their v**e counts and gathered the official results, “the U.S. Code (3 U.S.C. Section 6) requires the state governors to prepare, ‘as soon as practicable,’ documents known as Certificates of Ascertainment of the v**e.”

“The certificates must list the names of the e*****rs chosen by the v**ers and the number of v**es received in the popular e******n results, also the names of all losing candidates for e*****r, and the number of v**es they received,” according to the Congressional Research Service.

“Certificates of Ascertainment, which are often signed by state governors, must carry the seal of the state. One copy is forwarded to the Archivist of the United States, while six duplicates of the Certificate of Ascertainment must be provided to the e*****rs by December 14, the date on which they meet.”

According to the U.S. Code, when the House and Senate meet, they have to look into “all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the e*******l v**es.” Several Republican members of Congress have said they would attempt to object to the counting of the E*******l College v**es for a state, which would then trigger a series of debates and v**es.

White House adviser Stephen Miller told Fox News on Dec. 14 that alternate groups of e*****rs were being chosen in several states, claiming that it would lead to Trump’s ree******n.

“The only date in the Constitution is Jan. 20. So we have more than enough time to right the wrong of this f********t e******n result and certify Donald Trump as the winner of the e******n,” Miller said on “Fox & Friends,” referring to Inauguration Day.

It’s unclear if legislators certified the results in these states. The Epoch Times has reached out to the Republican majority leaders in these states but did not immediately get a response.

I am getting confused here. The FoxNews TV just said, the Biden has topped the 270 e*******l v**es. Therefore Biden had won?
Trump original v**es =232, plus PA 20, GA, 16, AZ 11, NV 6. =285 total. If they certified the 4 battleground states.

Simply explained, On J** 6th, when the E*******l College V**es are counted by Vice President Mike Pence, and if it is determined that the e******n is legally contested, then Mike Pence would kick it over to the house for their v**e to determine the President of the United States.
Now we know that each State would have one v**e in this process.
What could be more fair and t***sparent than that to solve this whole thing?

Still clinging to the thinnest of straws, I see. Now, you're relying on "faithless e*****rs" for what is assuredly, your very final hope. Lol! Remind me again, who is disregarding the Constitution? You guys are fighting against democracy and yet, you call yourselves patriots. Think about it.

They got so TIRED of winning. They decided whining was all they had.

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers.

This has got to sting. I hope they go onto the next stage of grieving one of these days.

(They can still send chump their cash though, I'm sure.)

If Michigan cast the 16 v**es to Biden, Biden could get 286 v**es, and president Trump 285 v**es. Biden will win 1 v**e? This is d********g.

==================
Then 286 Biden plus 285 Trump=571. That is more than the total 538 e*******l v**es of the 50 states. The v**es are over by 17 v**es. Something is wrong.
