There has been plenty of evidence. It's not that the court asks for evidence and then Trump's lawyers decline to produce any. It's the lawyers with stacks of evidence asking the court to look at it and the courts refusing to examine the evidence.

He should receive the punishment prescribed by law if he is found guilty, as should any democrat who does the same.
I believe the only ones who can have their citizenship revoked are naturalized citizens.
