I had trouble with the link and I am not sure at this point of the veracity of the article. I have not found any other source, but it came from a reliable contact. I will work on the link tomorrow. If it turns out to be BS, I guess I will have to eat a little s**t.

One source that seems to be forgotten, or it's old news, are the poison gas shells spirited out of Iraq in 2003.
The Israelis reported that Russian truck convoys were leaving Baghdad ahead of U.S troops arrival. The truck convoy was indicated as far in excess as needed by Russian diplomatic personnel in Iraq, which is all that convoy was allegedly carrying.
The trucks emptied their contents in Syria.
