Biden and Harris don't HAVE to lie about things to push their agenda like Trump had to. And Obama isn't going to run the White House, Biden will. If you are referring to Obama's influence... well, yeah. Thank the LORD!

I did not get to keep my insurance, doctor, & copay & insurance is costing me & my wife almost $18,000.00/year, so don't even think about using biden, being Obama's VP as a valid credential for t***h of any kind.
I think you misunderstood what Obama was saying... He was saying that the ACA won't force you to give up your doctor because you are still allowed to keep your own insurance if you want. That doesn't mean the you won't lose your insurance when you lose your job or your doctor if he leaves your insurance network.
I couldn't keep my own insurance and doctor either... but that's because I switched jobs and relocated, not because the ACA forced me to give it up.
As for cost, well yes - the cost of healthcare has been rising for decades now. In all fairness to the ACA, studies have shown it to be somewhat effective in slowing down *some* of the rising costs. Obviously not enough to flatten 10 years of inflation, but we're talking about policies not miracles. Of course, if the blood-thirsty Republicans didn't k**l the ACA's public option in a fit of delusion, you and your wife would have had a way to get full coverage based on your ability to pay.
A lot also depends on the state you live in as healthcare is for the most part governed by state policies. In states like New York and California legislators have stood up to the insurance industry to keep the markets competitive so the ACA exchanges can offer better deals. In states like Kansas, the legislators give the insurance industry blow jobs and monopolies which leaves the ACA exchange with s**tty deals.
I have a friend in New York that got full coverage on the ACA for $75/mo (that was about six years ago). I searched for a deal in California that same year but couldn't find anything for less than $700/mo but that's because of my income. Still better than $18,000/mo.

Biden is filling his cabinet, all agencies w/ former Obama appointees. It is going to be Obama 2.0 for at least 12 years. After that long, it won't matter who is President.
Not that I'm complaining but why do you think 12 years?
