People who are here illegally are NOT immigrants...Immigrants come here legally !!! Like my family did!!!! These illegal criminals have no right to be here ...And if biden will give pathway to citizenship to every illegal without figuring out if this illegal committed crime besides coming here without proper documentation, than we are in a world of hurt!!!....So I have a question . ...Should Drunk Driving by i*****l a***n be considered a criminal offense even if he didn't k**l anyone ?? Should that be a reason for immediate deportation???

People who are here illegally are NOT immigrant... (show quote)

An Immigrant is simply a person who comes to a country to take up permanent residence. The status of paperwork is irrelevant to the term. As far as criminal acts as it stands even people with legal residency can be deported if they are convicted of crimes.
Most criminal convictions are for violating state law, depending on jurisdiction there may or may not be coordination between local and federal officials. In other words in one town a child who legally moved here with her parents as an infant but is not yet a citizen could be convicted of stealing a tube of lipstick from Walmart at 16 and if the local court turned her in to immigration be deported, even though she is a permanent resident. In another jurisdiction an undocumented migrant could be convicted of an offense such as driving without a license or a DUI and serve a jail sentence or pay fines and simply be released.

The world according to Kevin. An individual is not an immigrant until a government recognizes that status. Up to that point, anyone crossing the border is an i*****l a***n whether the term offends you or not. I*****l a***ns are less likely to be charged with any crime in Sanctuary cities & states than legal citizens. Even if an illegal is prosecuted in these areas, the likelihood on Ice getting them is low.

ABSOLUTELY ! Is the short answer, crime or no crime anyone found in the country illegally should be taken straight to the airport and put on a flight to Greenland.

Anyone here illegally is subject to deportation at any time, and no other reason need be given............................because the very fact that they are here illegally..............................is a crime in and of itself.

Chuckle... Not all immigrants come in legally... Just ask the natives

That being said, failure to resist invasion is i***tic... Just ask the natives...

Anyone who breaks a law should be punished... Deporting i******s makes sense to me... But remember, I'm a legal immigrant
