Can you supply a list of countries we have declared war on? I am not talking about regional asymmetric conflicts. My understanding is that the charge of Treason is usually accompanied by actual hard evidence of an attack on ones own sovereign government. I am also aware of its overuse as a political slur by angry partisan mouthpieces.
