As a practical matter, Trump is incorrect (as usual). The losing candidate's blustery assertions do not determine the winner of a p**********l e******n. According to all top American e******n officials, the 2020 p**********l e******n was the "most secure in American history." Americans v**e. V**es are counted. Tallies are certified by state e******n officials. In the year 2020, candidate Joe Biden received 80 MILLION v**es. Candidate Trump received 74 MILLION. Biden won. Game over.
