The General Services Administration has told President-elect Joe Biden they're ready to start the formal t***sition process, allowing Mr. Biden access to key funding, office space, classified intelligence briefings and agency access, according to a letter GSA sent to reporters. Moments after the letter was released, President Trump tweeted that he has recommended the GSA administrator "do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and I have told my team to do the same" but he said they will still fight.

GSA administrator Emily Murphy, who has been criticized for slowing down the process, informed the Biden team in a "letter of ascertainment" on Monday that it may begin the formal t***sition process and access the resources that come along with that. The news came on the same day Michigan certified its results, and Pennsylvania is expected to do the same on Monday night.

The letter is the first significant formal recognition from the Trump administration that Mr. Biden has won the e******n, and is likely to encourage more Republicans to step out and acknowledge the former vice president's win. Mr. Trump's tweet is also the closest he's come to conceding.

Even when GSA orders the t***sition, the president has still the constitutional rights to continue the audit and review process of the fraudulent v**es of those states in question.
Prove the facts with numbers, not witnesses alone. There are various ways to gather those numbers to support their case.

Didn't you say there was going to be a war right after the e******n? You've predicted more violence than I can count yet none of it has come to fruition. Don't you think it's about time to give it a break?

Actually, he doesn't. He has the right to issue challenges in court but they have gone nowhere which is where he will be, come January the 20th...

Trump is too much of a child to admit that he lost the e******n. No matter though, as with each day that goes by he is closer to being nothing more than a footnote in history...and I imagine that's what bothers him more than anything else!

GSA does not have the power to assert its decision.
That is not the role of the GSA. Though GSA provides space for t***sition of the p**********l power, at present that is not officially vested due to the uncertainty of the e******n results. They can assume that, but in the legality of it could not stand when the event is overturned.

This is a s****n e******n and must fight for the rights of the American people. The constitution must prevail.

Of course you will say that. I don't expect anything different from you. Your full pledge alliance with B*M's Barack's socialism is beyond question.
