Dr. Zeke Emanuel, one of several members of a c****av***s task force assembled by Democrat p**********l nominee Joe Biden, has advocated for a plan that would give a c****av***s v*****e developed in the United States to other nations before all Americans have a chance to be v******ted.
“Emanuel, who served as a key architect of the Affordable Care Act under the Obama administration, co-authored a paper in September in which he encouraged officials to follow the ‘Fair Priority Model,’ which calls for a ‘fair international distribution of v*****e,’ rather than what he and his co-authors characterized as ‘v*****e nationalism,'” Fox News reported. “The model allows the country that produces the v*****e to hold onto enough of a supply to keep the t***smission rate below 1%, but says that beyond that, the v*****e should be distributed internationally. That means giving away or selling doses of the v*****e before it’s available to every citizen in that country, Emanuel explained to Scientific American.”

I would think that after our health care workers, etc, we start distributing all v*****es to Americans first with a small percentage to health care workers world wide and an exchange with other countries one for one with their v*****es. That way, we and them both face unknown side effects spread around. So if one v*****e becomes a problem, theirs or ours, it doesn't take down a whole country. A form of insurance. And let the Free People, what is left of us under Biden, decide what v*****e we want to take, if any.

In all seriousness, I think each state submitted a plan to the Fed govt. Tier 1 is basically health care workers, 1st responders, sick & elderly. Then middle aged and finally school aged.
