Agreed. Racial quotas are always wrong. Whene you bring in people to fill a quota, you bring in mediocrity that usually never lives up to the desired result. The only way they succeed is for the standards to be lowered. It isn't just race that people were discriminated against. Just ask the Poles, Germans, Italians, Irish. It is what you do for yourself on your own ambition and talents that breeds success and if it happens for one class more then another, so be it. Try harder.
