Giuliani's case for throwing a whole e******n was based on the premise that there was so much systemic fraud across the nation (as proved by the existence of dozens of court cases) that is warranted huge numbers of B****ts being tossed out as a remedy.
The court operates on hard cold numbers and quantifiable damage that can be remedied with quantified solutions that are in perspective.
Gore V Bush was vastly different in that the one case determined the outcome. Trump is so far away that no one state even makes a difference, it would take several, and that isn't going to happen, and the supreme court is not going to touch this without a cold hard place to go. There is no case to go to that makes a difference.
Hopefully we do not have a supreme court willing to operate on responding to a few million butt hurt trump supporters that don't agree with the e******n.
