Us, that's right, just like we pay for all public education, and why do we do that, we do it because it benefits us as a productive country, to have peoples minds be able to think, analyze, reason and comprehend many different subjects of study, we do it to stay competitive around the world and be on the cutting edge and not grow tadpoles who can't figure their way out of a paper bag and all they know is how to shoot a gun and play a game.
It's the first move countries make to elevate them from third world status, educate their people so that their options and lifestyle can improve.
