If they are true conservatives they will not overturn the state certifications unless there is proof of e******n f***d, as the constitution gives states the responsibility to hold e******ns. I suspect Trump, because he doesn't understand the constitution, is mistaken in thinking the SCOTUS will re-instate him.

Actually, they are NOT pushing this to Scotus, the Trump legal team would rather NOT present their evidence to the SC, because there will always be too much doubt on either side, just like with Gore/Bush.

It has NOTHING to do with favors, at least give our SC justices credit for not participating in that kind of childish behavior, they have much better things to do!! Shows your bias even to mention something stupid like that!
