The 2020 Federal E******ns has proven there needs to be an Amendment to the USA Constitution establishing concrete times and dates for all Federal E******ns.

Allowing Individual States to change the Congressionally passed Federal E******n Dates, dates that all 50 States must abide by, is wrong. It makes Federal E******n Dates a suggestion rather than a certainty. And Federal Judicial determinations to change Federal E******n Date counting allows the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government to set Federal E******n Dates, a right of Congress, of the Legislative Branch, Constitutionally has.

And an Amendment is the clearest way to future Federal E******ns not going thru another 2020 fiasco.

The States must, by Federal Law separate from the General E******ns, have their E*****rates Cast their V**es and Certify their V**es on the Monday after the First Wednesday in December, and the Certified V**es are sent to the Congress to Tabulate and Certify the entire E*******l V**es... So, allowing v****g up till Christmas is not possible.

It’s r****t because of how the right implements these things. They make it obvious that they are targeting minorities, by closing offices that issue IDs. Forcing people to travel to other towns to try to get one. Restricting what is acceptable to prove who you are. Many city dwellers do not drive because public t***sport is better. Some states wanted NRA cards as ID. If you want a national v**er card, stop trying to block people from getting one. The courts have pointed out this practice.

The Tuesday after the first Monday is e******n day. No mail ins except proven inability to get to the polls or military over seas. No changing laws to fit the states wants and needs.
This should be federal. Secretaries go to mandatory jail sentence for any manipulation of laws.

I think we have seen the last Republican President there will ever be. With all high tech supporting the liberal/l*****t agenda, still enough deep state career employees in every agency, & liberal Obama judges in the systems, there is no way to win.

When Stacy Abrams’ name is in the running for Attorney General, it can’t get much worse.

So you are saying that minorities don't have to produce an ID when - as some places require - using a credit card? Or applying for Social Security or other benefits? Or going to a hospital? Or getting a home loan?

Moldy, that is complete BS. Why does everything the Democrats want lean toward reducing security. You know that opposition to v**er ID's is crap and it always has been. Now they insist on mail-in v****g which doesn't take a mental wizard to detect possibilities of crookedness. This accusation of "R****m" has become a staple of the Democrats and it looks like constant bombardment of Trump may have worked. What a travesty!
