Because Biden is not mentally capable!! And SHE is not eligible. Her parents were NOT CITIZENS when she was born!! SO that leaves the speaker of the House. If Biden is not the President elect, which he isn't until all law suits are settled, how can Harris be the Vice President elect?
I'm thinking the presidency would temporarily go to the Speaker of the House if this isn't settled by January 20. Maybe Nancy Pelosi...if the House elects her again.

Who trucked what in? Any proof for this BS? Officials in each state decide how and when b****ts are counted. I doubt they consult with you about these v****g decisions.
