Rep. Mo Brooks Says P**********l E******n S****n, Argues House Republicans Could Allow Trump to Retain Presidency Under the Constitution

During an interview that aired Friday on Huntsville, AL radio’s WVNN, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) called into question the p**********l e******n results and raised the possibility of House Republicans acting to ensure the will of the v**ers is acknowledged.

According to Brooks, the p**********l e******n could be challenged on two grounds: that it did not occur on the day officially designated by the U.S. Congress and that there were possible fraudulent practices in place that undermined the e******n in favor of the Democrat candidates on the b****t.

“Let me emphasize a preface to what I’m going to say next — the legal research is still being done by my office and others,” he said. “If something comes up that will change my mind, then I will change my mind. But right now, it’s important to understand what the United States Constitution says. The United States Constitution says that Congress shall set the time of these federal e******ns. Congress did that in Title 2, U.S. Code Section 7. We set a day — in this instance, November 3 as the day of the e******n. We did not set an e******n week. We did not set an e******n month. We did not set an e******n season. We set an e******n day.”

“That’s when v**es were supposed to be cast by people on that day, that 24-hour period with the exception of absentee b****ts, where people who physically could not go to the polls to v**e,” Brooks continued. “Every other v**e is illegal. The en masse mail-in v****g scheme that the Democrats have put forth does not comply with the federal law that set November 3 as the e******n day. That en masse v****g scheme that the socialist Democrats put forth is an e******n season. Now for emphasis: If we let the socialist Democrats get away with stealing this e******n, with this enormous v****g fraud, they will not only take the presidency, they will also take the United States Senate. We will lose it.”

Brooks offered examples of possible e******n improprieties to bolster his claim that there could have been illegal practices that changed the e******n outcome.

The Alabama congressman’s solution was for the House to not ratify the E*******l College results, which he said was within Congress’ constitutional purview, as opposed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

“When we have a v**e on the House floor, there is no way in the world I’m going to be v****g to ratify the E*******l College v**es from states where I believe that illegal v**es have distorted the will of the people in those states who have cast their v**es illegally,” Brooks added. “And we’ll see how that goes. It is not the Supreme Court who decides who is the President of the United States, under the Constitution, it is the Congress who makes that decision.”

Such an outcome could force the 50 U.S. House state delegations to determine the next president, which Brooks said could mean Trump’s ree******n.

“If the Republicans stick together in the House of Representatives and if we v**e by state, which is what the United States Constitution suggests we shall do, then Donald Trump will be elected president if we conclude that the e******n and v***r f***d is so great that the will of lawful v**ers is being denied by the process that socialist Democrats put into place,” he explained.

Trump's lawyers have gone from sea to shining sea with the claim of fraud only to find themselves kicked out of every court in the land. It seems that one can't simply assert fraud but one must actually be able to prove it and this is where Trump and his lawyers are falling flat on their faces. So now you are going to tell me that Republicans in the state houses have found fraud where no one else has been able to? Did they actually look for it or did they simply assume that since a known liar said it then it has to be true?

Joe’s on video bragging about the fraud just like he bragged about getting that guy in the Ukraine fired or they wouldn’t get our $. How much more proof of fraud do you need when he admits it on video? Then when the courts rule for Trump, the dems ignore the courts.
